In Northern Ontario our spring arrived 6 weeks early. Northern Ontario is bigger than England, therefore our weather trumps their weather.
Back in the USA, after repeating ad nauseum about the heavy snowfall in the mid-Atlantic in February, Watts & Co. have been silent about the fact that Washington, DC recorded zero days with a below freezing temperature for the entire month of March (a first, I believe), nor that the city is now experiencing daily highs around 90 — a good 25 degrees above normal.
