  1. Both my sisters married on Easter Monday in Wales, one in the early 60s and the other in the 70s. It snowed on both occasions!

  2. In Northern Ontario our spring arrived 6 weeks early. Northern Ontario is bigger than England, therefore our weather trumps their weather.

Back in the USA, after repeating ad nauseum about the heavy snowfall in the mid-Atlantic in February, Watts & Co. have been silent about the fact that Washington, DC recorded zero days with a below freezing temperature for the entire month of March (a first, I believe), nor that the city is now experiencing daily highs around 90 — a good 25 degrees above normal.
