I wonder what he makes of potential Energy and Commerce Chairman Republican Representative John Shimkus. Shimkus opposes climate legislation because “The Earth will end only when God declares it’s time to be over.” And the Word of God is as good as it gets, right?

  1. And, furthermore, George Washington never said one single thing about global warming, which just goes to show he didn’t believe in it. No wonder he’s Anthony Watts’s kind of guy!

    Oh they so wish they could get rid of that pesky First Amendment, and declare that all the president’s decisions come from a faint voice in his head.
