Gosh, that’s almost as scientifically relevant as a public opinion poll.
“Nov. 2010 UAH Global Temperature Update: +0.38 deg. C“. Anthony Watts lets the denialist’s favorite scientist, Dr. Roy W. Spencer Ph. D., break the news that “2010 is now in a dead heat with 1998 for warmest year.”
There’s hope though for cherry-pickers (italics mine):
The tropical tropospheric temperature anomaly for November continued its cooling trend, finally falling below the 1979-1998 average… but the global anomaly is still falling slowly: +0.38 deg. C for October, 2010.
Anthony’s readers twist and squirm in the comments.

You remember the fabricated denialist scandal that has been repeatedly debunked, don’t you?
Benny Peiser solemnly reports that a year after Climategate “science” is still “corrupt”.
He mentions “pal review”, “alarmist propaganda”, “Soviet Union”, and “the basic science is nonexistent”. Get the picture?
Why do I keep imagining a bunch of chickens running around with their heads cut off? Lots of activity, but no progress. And yet somehow there’s still a lot of squawking.
“Norway’s coldest November in living memory“. Yawn. Anthony Watts reports that it’s cold in Norway in the winter. Thus disproving Global Warming? Of course!
Weather is not climate. Regional events are not a disproof of global conditions. Repeat 100 times.
“Sahara Solar Breeders” don’t sand a chance. You can count on Anthony Watts’ readers going ballistic about anything that requires large-scale government involvement. That’s their stereotypical obsession. So this paper about a globally distributed solar energy concept in the Sahara is perfect bone to throw to them.
Anthony starts the nay-saying snark about the project, working mostly from a copy-and-paste of a report in the New Scientist, and the curmudgeonly “experts” take over in the comments.

Frankly I have no opinion on the feasibility of this concept. So I’ll keep my mouth shut until more knowledgable people assess it.
“Senators petition SecState to freeze climate bailout money“. Anthony Watts copy-and-pastes a pay-walled ClimateWire post about Republican Senators complaining to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton about environmental foreign aid.
Thus proving that Global Warming is a left-wing plot, and isn’t happening.
The Republican letter even has the balls to say “We simply cannot afford any massive spending programs with such debt owed by America’s future generations” while in other committees they are protecting unaffordable tax cuts for the wealthy. Get the orders of magnitude right if you don’t want to look like hypocrites, Senators Inhofe, Vitter,Voinovich and Barrasso.

“SOHO – 15 years today“. Another bald press release copy-and-paste from Anthony Watts. NASA announced that December 2nd is 15th anniversary of the SOHO (Solar and Heliospheric Observatory) spacecraft.

“Researchers find mathematical patterns to forecast earthquakes“. Anthony offers a copy-and-paste of a Eurekalert press release about Spanish earthquake forecasting paper titled “Pattern recognition to forecast seismic time series”.
Why? To ‘prove’ that he has a roving scientific intellect I guess. It wouldn’t be so transparent if you actually made an intelligent statement about it, Anthony. Instead, we get not even a single word.
Couldn’t you even type “Wow!” or something?
“UK Covered in snow, for the second winter“. Well this is predictable; Anthony Watts will spend all winter shouting that any snowfall, anywhere, proves there is no Global Warming. Here’s an exciting chapter to keep the ignorant focused.
The UK is covered in snow! Well, dusted. Do you think Anthony knows that precipitation increases with temperature and snow is… precipitation? Of course he does.
You’d think that Anthony would cue in to the laughter behind his back, but his tunnel vision sees only the bobbing “skeptical” heads in front of him.
